We will be having a spelling test on Thursday for Henry and Mudge and the Starry Night. This will be the only spelling test we have this week.

We will be doing a variety of content standards in the classroom and will not be having a test over Henry and Mudge.

It is very important that you review your child's spelling, vocabulary, and high frequency words each night.

MATH: We will be starting unit 4 this week. This unit focuses on Tables and graphs.

My homeroom will be learning Spanish on Tuesday and Thursday from a few of our high school girls. This will be a great fun for them.

Our 2nd grade class will be going on a field trip to Circle "S" Farms on Friday, September 30, 2011. This is a wonderful field trip and is enjoyed by all. Parents are welcome to come. Mr. Snyder has asked that NO siblings go so you can spend time with your 2nd grader.

Please have the kids dress according to the weather. They need to wear comfortable shoes and clothes.

Each student will also need to bring a sack lunch and drink. Everything needs to be throw away!!!!

I hope you have a great weekend.

Talk to ya soon,
Mrs. Bryans
